Return, Repair and Refund Policy

Ancient Greece Reloaded E-shop... Return, Repair and Refund Policy:


We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

(Just for clarification: If for example you have bought, let us say a candle, and used it… guys, seriously, for obvious reasons do not ask us to return it).

So, let us assume that you would like to return an item for which you are not satisfied with and, as stated above, is UNUSED.

The process goes as follows:

First, contact us directly through our contact form here: Contact Form

Tell us what the problem is. Afterwards, we will also request, from you, to send us pictures of the item so as for us to verify that the item is UNUSED.

Depending on the creator of the product, we will send you the relevant shipping address so as for the product to be returned to him or her.


Please Notice two things:

-that the return-shipping costs are NOT covered by us but it is your expense.

-You will have to ship/return the product by also providing us with a tracking-number; which in turn, will allow us to track the whereabouts of the parcel at any point in time.

Once we receive the UNUSED product, we will inspect it - and once cleared, you will be immediately refunded through PayPal (consequently, if you do not possess a PayPal account, please create one).


Additional Return and Refund Policies:

In the case that you receive an item that you believe that it may have some issues (highly doubtful yet, stuff happens…)

The process goes as follows:

Tell us what the problem is. Afterwards, we will also request, from you, to send us pictures of the item so as for us to check what the problem may be.

After inspection, if indeed there is an issue with the item you can choose one of the following two options:

a) To send the item back to us; in this case the return-refund policy applies (see above section)

b) Even in the unlikely case that you will indeed have received a "problematic" product from us (as said… stuff may happen), but you still would like to receive the item, you will have to send the item back to us (shipping costs are covered by you!) by also including the parcel’s tracking number which will allow us to track the whereabouts of the parcel at any point in time. Once we will receive the item… we will send to you a completely new product (both production costs and shipping costs will be covered by us!).

Please Note: Some of our products are charged with specific types of "energy" (i.e. orgonites, specific esoteric bracelets, Rosaries etc.).

If for whatever reason the creator states that the item that you did receive is "broken" (i.e., a courier service does not pay attention to the parcel and the item in it brakes… regardless, of our packaging) - meaning that it cannot be repaired, you do not need to send it back to us.

In such a case, we will either refund you or, if you so decide, we will send you a new item (all costs will be covered by us). However, although you may not be required to send the item back to us… please, throw the item away!!! You do not want a "defect" authentic orgonite to be around you!!!


Repair Policy:

Let us assume the following case:

You have an orgonite for a year or so... and your children play around the house and accidentally throw the orgonite on the ground and it cracks or whatever.

The process goes as follows:

Tell us what happened. Afterwards, we will also request detailed pictures of the cracked area. 

In some cases, the orgnites can be re-fixed.

If this is the case, package carefully the item and send it back to us (shipping costs, both ways, are covered by you). Depending on the case, the repair costs may vary (you will be informed about it before even sending the item back to us)...

Once the item is being repaired it will be shipped back to you.

So here is a potential question:

Why would someone want to repair, if it is possible, an orgonite instead of buying a new one?

For the following reason: Our authentic orgonites are in essence "energy living entities" and the longer they are with you the more they "fine-tune" themselves with your own energy fields; bringing with it all advantages. So yes, in some cases the costs are worth to be paid.

Important to Notice:

If you observe we have: the "simple" items categories and than, we have the special categories in which our authentic orgones and our energy infused items belong to.

Be very careful here: If you place an order for our Authentic Orgones or/and our Energy Infused Items - this order cannot be canceled!

The reason is that once the creation process of these items has been initiated it cannot be stopped!

The only way to stop it is by destroying the item itself.

Consequently, be certain to read the product description carefully and to be sure when placing the order; because cancellations will not be accepted nor be refunded. 

Finally, we are not responsible for any mess-up by the postal services! We will always provide you with tracking numbers and the sort; which will allow you to track your item.

But in the case of inadequate postal services, or external environmental factors, that do affect the postal services - cancelations and refunds will NOT be accepted.
